With our expertise and attention to detail, you can be confident your legal needs will be met efficiently and effectively. Let us take care of the legal work so you can focus on what matters most to you.

Working under the supervision of an attorney, the paralegal’s work product is merged with the attorney work product for a client.  Typical duties of a paralegal include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Draft affidavits, legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.

  • Summarize depositions, interrogatories and testimony.

  • Prepare and attend executions of wills, real estate closings, depositions, court or administrative hearings and trials with the attorney.

  • Notarize and/or witness legal documents.

  • Conduct investigations and statistical and documentary research.

  • Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing system.

  • Transform law firms from physical filing to electronic filing systems.

  • Meeting with clients, attorneys, bank reps, realtors, and other professionals to discuss case details.

  • Prepare briefs, wills, contracts, real estate closing statements, pleadings, appeals, and other legal documents.

  • Investigating facts and laws of cases and searching public records and other resources to prepare cases and determine causes of action.

  • Directing and coordinating law office activity, including delivery of subpoenas.

  • Gathering and analyzing statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, documents and other data.

CTLS paralegal services are designed to help streamline the legal process, by providing support to attorneys on a range of tasks, including legal research, document preparation, and trial preparation. Our paralegals are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and always work to achieve the best possible results for your clients.
